Al Samah’s NRD are also called Gravity damper, Pressure relief damper and self closing damper. These are used in areas where air is supposed to flow only in one direction. These are air operated, opening or closing dampers for intake, discharge and pressure relief vents in air conditioning systems.
Construction and Features:
- Frame is of high quality extruded aluminium profiled / Galvanized sheet steel.
- Blades are made of extruded aluminium profile / Galvanized sheet steel.
- Blades are fitted with nylon bushes for rattle free and smooth operation.
- Blades are sealed with foam gasket at the bottom to avoid rattling noise and to provide air tight operation.
- Designed to maintain a constant pressure level inside pressurized rooms by relieving excess air when it exceeds the desired limit.
