Al Samah’s Pre-Insulated and Phenolic UL-181 ducts are fabricated from the highest quality approved panels. The PIR panels comprises of a high performance, rigid thermoset polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation core. The insulation core is faced on both sides with an embossed aluminium foil.
Al Samah’s Phenolic ducts are light weight premium quality and performance air duct system for air distribution. The Phenolic panels are manufactured of CFC/HCFC free closed cell phenolic foam. Duct system are UL Listed as a class 1 air duct as a standard for safety UL Class 181 and Conform in accordance with Dubai Central laboratory.
Phenolic Panels have a fibre-free and closed cell insulation core, which has been manufactured with a blowing agent that has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and low Global Warming Potential (GWP).
